New Construction Of Single-Family House

In this project, we developed the formwork and reinforcement plans for a modern single-family house. The load-bearing floor slab, with a thickness of 25 cm, forms the solid foundation of the building. The basement walls are made of precast concrete walls. Precast concrete slabs were also used for the ceilings, enabling a flexible and efficient construction process. Both the floor slab and the ceilings were reinforced with mesh reinforcement. The entire planning and modeling was carried out using Allplan, ensuring a precise and BIM-based implementation.
